Terms of Delivery

This document outlines the delivery system and terms for purchases made on the website of I/E Olena Ostapchuk (Ridne Bakery).

1. General Delivery Terms

1.1. Customers can choose between self-pickup or delivery via a third-party courier service.

1.2. Self-pickup is available at the address: Vazha-Pshavela 78a, Tbilisi, Georgia.

1.3. Delivery is provided by external courier services and is subject to additional fees as calculated at checkout.

2. Responsibility

2.1. I/E Olena Ostapchuk (Ridne Bakery) is responsible for preparing the order and handing it over to the courier. Once the product is transferred to the courier, I/E Olena Ostapchuk (Ridne Bakery) is no longer responsible for the condition, timely delivery, or integrity of the product.

2.2. Any issues related to delivery timing, product damage, or loss during transportation must be addressed directly with the courier service.
