Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which refunds are processed for purchases made on the website of I/E Olena Ostapchuk (Ridne Bakery).

 

1. General Refund Terms

 

1.1. Refunds may be requested if the delivered product does not meet the order’s description or if the customer receives the wrong order.

 

1.2. Refund requests must be made within 1 hour after receiving the product. After this period, refunds are no longer eligible.

 

2. Refund Process

 

2.1. To initiate a refund, the customer must contact I/E Olena Ostapchuk (Ridne Bakery) at ridne.ge@gmail.com with the order details, pictures of the delivered order, and reason for the refund request.

 

2.2. In case the customer receives the wrong order and wishes to return it for a refund, they must return the product at the expense of I/E Olena Ostapchuk (Ridne Bakery). The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.

 

2.3. Upon approval of the refund, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid, excluding delivery fees, within 7-10 business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

 

2.4. Products that have been damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
