About the event
Master the art of making perfect meringue and discover different types and their uses.
We’ll prepare French and Swiss meringue, a tangy lemon curd, and a delicate mascarpone cream filling.
In our classes, we will cover both theory and hands-on practice, creating desserts from scratch. The training is suitable for teenagers aged 10 to 16. Each session lasts 6-8 hours, with a break for a light lunch.
The cost per session is 100 GEL, which includes learning materials, lunch, the desserts made during the class for tasting in the studio, and additional treats to take home.
